• black beans, 1 can drained & heated
• chickpeas, 1 can drained & heated
• 1 tomato, diced
• corn, 1 can drained & heated
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• lime, zested & squeezed
• sour cream
• cheddar cheese, shredded
• protein (turkey, chicken, shrimp)
• rice, cooked to package directions
Instructions

Prepare your protein. Leftover turkey.
Front Street Heat simmered chicken breasts.
Sauteed shrimp. Take your pick, it’s your world!! - Cook rice.

Toss it all in a fancy bowl and shred some cheese.

Mix lime juice (a few drops) into sour cream
(or yogurt) and dollop on top. -
